NEW TO CROSSFIT
First off, congrats on considering giving CrossFit a try! You don't have to be great to start, but you do need to start to be great. We've developed a great intro program for people like you who are new to the sport. So if you're feeling a bit unsure about this, don't worry - we'll take you through everything so you can enjoy class with confidence. Plus, our facility is amazingly clean, our coaches are very knowledgeable and might just be the coolest group of people ever assembled. We are constantly striving to improve every aspect of our members' experience and we'd love for you to come and check it out.
SCHEDULE A FREE 1-ON-1 CONSULTATION
Anyone who is new to CrossFit will get the opportunity to start with a FREE one-on-one fitness consultation with one of our coaches. The purpose of this session is to get to know you and your unique goals, to determine the best path to success, and to show you what the Broad Street community is all about.

A baseline fitness assessment and goal setting session
An overview of our unique training methodology and class options
A tour of our world-class training facility
Specific information on how to transform your health, fitness, and lifestyle in record time
